Do you offer any trade discounts?

I offer trade discounts at a couple local retailers, as well as most of the big names you see online (i.e. Pottery Barn, Arhaus, Rejuvenation, Shades of Light, Perigold, and so many more). I pass along 100% of the discount to my clients.

Are you a licensed contractor?

I am not a licensed contractor. I have worked with many local builders, and have a list of subcontractors and vendors that I recommend to my clients. I work closely with the builder, subcontractors, and clients to ensure a smooth process from start to finish! 

Can you incorporate my existing furnishings into your designs?

Absolutely! Buuuut please don’t purchase anything in the middle of the project that hasn’t been previously discussed. When this happens, my designs almost always have to pivot. This means more work for me and delayed dates/increased costs for you. Please trust the process! 

When should I contact you about a project?

I am often booking several months out for full-service design. If you’re thinking about building a new home or renovating your current home, it’s never too early to inquire!

Who do you work with?

I work with builders, subcontractors, and/or the clients, depending on the scope of the project.
